AI-driven Audience Recommendation
Get ready for a new AI feature! The CareCloud platform now lets you create a target audience for a specific product or set of products. This is especially useful when selling goods nearing expiration, older products approaching the end of the season, or simply when you want to find customers who are more likely to buy the product than others. Which is always handy! Just enter the target group size, import a product list, and let the AI do the rest. Recommending an ideal target audience streamlines your ad-hoc campaigns and helps you find the perfect customers for any product in your lineup.
Double Opt-in Support
We added a new action node for double opt-in settings. You can either set the customer’s double opt-in or cancel it for them. Moreover, you can check customer’s double opt-in settings in their Customer Profile. Double opt-in is an increasingly popular feature that prevents account and identity theft. Careful handling of customer data and online security are pillars of CareCloud’s success.
Campaign Designer Update
Our Campaign Designer got an important tweak – the editing options now appear directly above the specific text. This gives you even more clarity as to what you edit, where, and how the changes affect the template. We perceive valuable feedback as paramount to the most intuitive user experience!
Push Variables
After SMS and Viber, we now let you use custom variables in the push notification design. Variables are easily added directly in the text. Push notifications continue to grow as an extremely engaging (almost 100% open rate), app-dependent communication channel. Expand your omnichannel possibilities with CareCloud!
