SMS and Viber Designer: Variables and URL Links

Customer Account: Show Customer Cash Desk Information

Our new Customer 360 widget lets you transition from the customer’s account details to their cash desk information display. This allows you quick access to the customer’s credentials from the cash desk system. Just click the “Customer Cash Desk” widget on the Customer Profile, and you will have instant access to the customer’s transactions, coupons, and shipping details.

ISIC Card Driver

CareCloud now stores ISIC cards and automatically checks their validity. The customer’s ISIC card is stored in the customer’s profile, similar to a discount voucher. When a customer’s ISIC expires, CareCloud will automatically end the discount until a new card is registered and validated. Bypassing manual ISIC input during transactions saves considerable time in the long run.
